All of our pricing includes helping you to get your artwork ready but if you can provide your own artwork up front we may be able to reduce the price by .15 per coin up to $60 maximum

We can accept artwork in many formats including:

• Adobe Illustrator - This is preferred but please include any special fonts used or convert your fonts to outlines
• Adobe Photoshop - Minimum size 1000 x 1000
• Powerpoint -
• Jpg image file - Minimum 750 x 750 for each side and details must be sharp
• Please avoid using photos unless your coin will be 3D or photo inset.  If you send photos please have them in as high of resolution as possible and they should be high contrast pictures for best results.
• If you don't have any of the above just send what you have and we will be happy to assist you in getting it ready, the only cost is a little more time.

• You approve or provide the preliminary artwork and place your order
• In about 1-2 days we will have the final die ready artwork for your approval
• Upon approval of the final artwork we request payment in full and provide an invoice through PayPal unless other arrangements are made.
• At this point you have the option of going directly to mass production or requesting to see a photo sample first. It takes 7-10 days to produce the sample coin if you chose to see one before production.
• Once approval is given to begin mass production your coins ship in 18-21 days.

Ordering Policy - Please read!

It is assumed you have obtained all necessary copyright permissions from any copyrighted designs/materials. It is not the responsibility of Personal Geocoins to retrieve these rights. By placing an order with us, you agree that Personal Geocoins is not responsible for any copyright infringements associated with your custom made product.

Order cancellation:

If for some reason you cancel your custom made product order after full production has started, you will still be charged for the portion of the order that is completed at the time production is stopped, not at the time you notify us. You can still chose to receive these products or have us destroy them. Samples of any cancelled order will be kept on hand and may be distributed to potential customers as examples of workmanship, recycled, or sold.

Samples of custom coins:

Personal Geocoin produces one sample of each custom product ordered from us in each plating or color combination that is ordered.  These samples are retained for business and display purposes.  Occasionally Personal Geocoins may receive unsolicited sample coins which at our discretion will either be destroyed or offered to the original customer at fair value.  No samples will be sold, traded, given or otherwise released to any third party without prior consent of the original customer.
